As your Member of Parliament, one of my most important duties is helping Fleetwood-Port Kells residents when they have problems with a federal government department or agency. Getting quickly in touch with the right person in the federal bureaucracy can be frustrating and time-consuming.
If you need help to receive your Old Age Security cheque, are experiencing difficulties getting EI, have questions about an immigration case or passport application, have a problem with Revenue Canada or any other federal department please do not hesitate to contact my riding office.
My staff are trained to assist constituents by cutting through a myriad of departments, telephone numbers, and red tape. They can direct people to the appropriate office, provide them with necessary instructions, phone numbers or materials, and/or find out the status of an application.
While I cannot order a federal department or agency to decide a matter in your favour, I can ensure that you are treated fairly, your rights are respected, and procedural errors are corrected.
It is my hope that the links listed below will enable you to find the answers you need. If we can be of further assistance, contact my Riding Office at (604) 501-5900, and my casework staff will be happy to help you in any way they can. When contacting or visiting my office please try to have all of the details of your case on hand so that we may more quickly give you the answers you need. |
